Tonika Quick is a talent development leader, facilitator, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience helping people recognize their strengths and build intentional careers. She previously served as Vice President of Talent Development for a national gaming and hospitality company and holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her own journey, going from teenage motherhood to executive leadership, shapes her commitment to helping women see possibilities, own their stories, and communicate their value with confidence. Tonika brings practical insight, encouragement, and a belief that every woman has strengths worth sharing.
