Leadership & Workplace Communication 

In this class, we will talk about what true leadership looks like in the workplace and how strong communication can help women build confidence, earn respect, and create better opportunities. We will cover how to communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients; how to handle conflict without becoming defensive or emotional; how to speak with clarity and confidence; and how to recognize the difference between being assertive and being aggressive. We will also discuss leadership as more than a job title — it is shown through reliability, attitude, problem-solving, emotional maturity, and the way we treat others. The goal of this seminar is to help women walk into the workplace with stronger communication tools, better self-awareness, and the confidence to lead from wherever they are.
