How it Works
Dress for Success Southern Nevada provides each woman with one suit or professional outfit for her job interview. When she successfully lands a job, she returns to Dress for Success for a second suit and up to a week’s worth of business-appropriate separates and accessories. She will also receive an invitation to join the Professional Women’s Group, our employment retention service.
Why it Works
Dress for Success serves job-ready women by referral from non-profit organizations, including domestic violence agencies, homeless shelters, and job-training programs. Our programs transition women toward self-sufficiency by offering them confidence boost and encouragement to help them succeed in their interview and the retention programs enabling them to grow professionally and personally.
How You Can Help
Dress for Success Southern Nevada accepts new or gently-used professional women’s clothing.
While we focus on suits and blouses, we also accept purses, accessories, dress pants, dress skirts, shoes and new hosiery, undergarments and make-up. We are particularly in need of business attire from sizes 16-24 and flat shoes sizes 8.5 and higher. We are also in need of new scrubs and uniforms for essential workers including khakis and polo shirts.
