Lila Asnani

Operations Manager

Lila Asnani is the owner of Styling Insider, a boutique Image Consulting company in Las Vegas. Lila is a certified Image Consultant through the Fashion Institute of Technology in NY. She is also a certified color analyst through the Image Resource Center of NY. Through her broad experience and training and as the Fairy Godmother of Style, Lila enjoys teaching people how to project a consistent image and witnessing their resulting transformation to the best and most successful expression of themselves.

Lila has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Oregon State University. She also has a Master’s in Public Administration from Portland State University.

Lila is originally from Kuching, Malaysia. She has always been interested in fashion having grown up in her family’s fabric business, which specialized in imported fabrics and fashion design. She is active in various philanthropic organizations such as the Jr League of Las Vegas and Dress for Success Southern Nevada. Under the JLLV, Lila co-chaired a Project Runway style competition called Fashion Forward, which included about 200 high school students from 7 schools in the valley.

Lila has been married to her college sweetheart; Mark, for 29 years and they have 2 daughters. She likes to travel and has visited 70 countries.

Rebecca Dirks Garcia

Community Development Manager

Rebecca Garcia has over twenty years of experience in the non-profit industry having worked with local and national charities including Shriners Children’s Hospital, The American Red Cross, the Trauma Intervention Program, New Vista and the YMCA. Rebecca has worn many hats during her tenure in non-profit community development and operations management. She is skilled in the areas of marketing, fundraising, special events, accounting, volunteer management and human resources.

Rebecca is “proud to be part of the team to support the mission and increase the capacity of Dress for Success of Southern Nevada to empower women and thereby change the trajectory of families in our community. When women are provided the tools and resources to succeed this strengthens family units, removes barriers caused by unemployment and poverty and positively impact our entire community.”

Rebecca also volunteers her time as an education advocate and is currently the President of the Nevada PTA providing leadership to over 90 local PTAs across the state. Rebecca’s favorite title is mom to four amazing, neurodiverse children. You will almost always find Rebecca with a diet coke in her hand and whenever possible she loves to beach camp and visit national parks with her family.
