Stephanie is a passionate advocate for empowering women and has spent decades helping women feel confident and embrace their potential. With over 15 years of experience as a small business owner, operator, and franchisee, she brings a unique blend of expertise in marketing, development, and operations. Her talent for creating innovative branding strategies, fundraising solutions, and building lasting relationships has driven meaningful growth for businesses and organizations alike.

As a former professional mountain runner for Adidas Terrex and an avid outdoor enthusiast, Stephanie embodies resilience, determination, and a positive outlook—qualities she strives to inspire in others.

In her role at Dress for Success Southern Nevada, Stephanie is excited to blend her passion for uplifting women with her proven business acumen. Whether supporting women on their journey to professional success or connecting with donors who share a vision of empowering others, Stephanie is dedicated to making a lasting impact.

Lisa Wright has been a dedicated Client Services Specialist at Dress for Success Southern Nevada for over five years, playing an instrumental role in helping women build confidence, achieve professional goals, and navigate their unique career journeys. Known for her compassionate and empowering approach, Lisa ensures every client feels supported and equipped with the tools they need to thrive in the workforce.

Before joining Dress for Success Southern Nevada, Lisa served as a Healthcare Navigator and Community Health Worker, where she guided individuals in accessing vital healthcare services and community resources. Her experience in healthcare shaped her commitment to providing holistic support, emphasizing empathy, resourcefulness, and sustainable solutions for long-term success.

Lisa’s passion for uplifting women stems from her belief that every woman deserves access to opportunities that allow her to unlock her full potential. Whether it’s assisting clients in finding the perfect professional outfit or connecting them with workshops to enhance their skills, Lisa finds immense joy in seeing women step into their power and transform their lives.
